Balance & Gait Physical Therapy
There are many conditions, diseases and disorders that can affect a person's balance and walking gait. Among the most common are:

Using a variety of tools, Physical Therapy has proven to be successful in the treatment of balance and gait disturbances.
Our Physical Therapists will evaluate your strength, range of motion, posture, endurance, pain levels, and areas of muscle guarding, to identify the factors that are affecting your balance and walking gait. Once the evaluation is complete, our therapist will formulate an individualized treatment program for you which may include:
- strengthening
- range of motion
- stretching
- neuromuscular re-education
- activity modification
- patient education
- assistive device assessment
